Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We're pleased to offer shipping across Aotearoa.
Each order is packed with care, and we aim to get your jewellery to you as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Delivery: $5
• Rural Delivery: $8

Delivery Timeframes:

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

Rural delivery: Please allow a few extra days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you.

International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand.
We hope to offer international shipping in the near future — thank you for your patience and support!

Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your EMA Designs jewellery.
If something’s not quite right, we do accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original condition
• You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
• Refunds are processed once the returned item arrives safely back at our studio

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
